The Build Process
Drywall or No Drywall?
ModPods are shipped either with or without unfinished drywall. ModPods that are inspected in the factory under an approved Modular Certification program (from any state) are shipped with drywall, otherwise without. This allows local inspectors to view the workmanship inside the ModPod. A credit will apply for the cost of drywall for any ModPod shipped without drywall.
